Wrapping up Washington Wine Month with a Woodinville Winery Introduction - @alluviumcellars
Nestled in Paso Robles, California, @broadsidewine embodies the region's rich winemaking heritage. Founded in 2002 by Brian and Stephanie Terrizzi, this winery not only produces outstanding wines but also champions sustainability and authenticity.
The history of Colorado's wine production is a tale of resilience and transformation. Dating back to the late 1800s, the state's viticultural efforts faced challenges ranging from Prohibition to harsh climate conditions. However, the modern era has seen a remarkable resurgence.
During my recent trip to #WallaWalla I had the chance to chat and do a wine tasting with Co-Owner and winemaker David Hess of the new winery, Turtle.
In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it's all too easy to get caught up in the demands, responsibilities and unexpected curveballs that come our way. Yet even with everything going on, it's vital to carve out moments for ourselves, to indulge in the passions that truly set our souls on fire. For me, that has meant dedicating time to focus on something that I love to do, creating new recipes and selecting just the right wine or spirit pairings.
